You can check ecas with sponsor UCI or Principal applicant UCI

August 30th - In process (Sponsor Eligibility)
Sept 4th - Application has been accepted under the intake cap for 2019
Processing Center = CPC-Mississauga

Then hopefully the GCMS notes request would activate your case somehow or send them an inquiry through webform to prompt someone to take a look at your case.

I made the request for GCMS on July 30th and IRCC completed the request a week later on August 6, but they did not send the notes to me until August 30th. The notes do not contain anything after August 6th. I doubt there is any update on my case since August 6th. Otherwise they would have been reflected under mycic or on ecas

SA letter come few day after decision made.
