There are patterns.. My best guess is the sooner you apply is the sooner you move to DIP.. I am not sure but I think nomination is issued in batches so 500 or so people get nominated in a day.. It may be that they approve the cases beforehand and feed it into the system later in one go.. but what's happening right now doesn't align with my guess.. few people are getting nominated everyday..Thank you, so does it mean the sooner you apply after their interest the faster you get the invitation?
So no one knows how OINP functions..
The term 'invitation' is often used for ITA.. By getting nominated, 600 points are added to your CRS.. No relation to getting invitation.. except it increases your chances greatly!
