Thank you, so does it mean the sooner you apply after their interest the faster you get the invitation?

There are patterns.. My best guess is the sooner you apply is the sooner you move to DIP.. I am not sure but I think nomination is issued in batches so 500 or so people get nominated in a day.. It may be that they approve the cases beforehand and feed it into the system later in one go.. but what's happening right now doesn't align with my guess.. few people are getting nominated everyday..

So no one knows how OINP functions..

The term 'invitation' is often used for ITA.. By getting nominated, 600 points are added to your CRS.. No relation to getting invitation.. except it increases your chances greatly!

Oh I see...Thank you.

So state it in the work history and explain in LOE as to why I am not uploading reference letter and proof of compensation for the same ?
Hey Reshma,
I'm in the same situation, so what did you do...? In which section did you mention the jobs you are not claiming points for?

1. Mention all your work experience (claimed or non-claimed) into work history section for the last 10 years.
2. If you're unable to get reference letter from any of your employer, please do explain this point in LOE.
3. Submit whatever best documents you've for non-claimed NOCs work experience.

Thanks so much... It's just that my first two jobs was in a small scale company wherein there was no hr dept and hence no formalities of offer letter and relieving letters. Also no payment stubs as salary was in cash. It's been so many years that I have no contacts in those company as well....
Should I not upload anything for those two work experiences and mention my situation in an LOE?

Yes, explain in LOE.

In case you are going to email them, please let us know their response

In case you follow some other approach please update us of your progress..

Btw, when did you submit your application?

Hi, I just want to update. I received an ADR for uploading all pages of passport. I submitted that and my application went from 'Submitted" to "assessment" within 2 days. Now its in "Decision in progress".

This could be a silly question but,
Can we upload documents scanned from mobiles (CamScanner like app) or does it have to be from physical scanner only?
Has anyone uploaded mobiles scanned docs and got nomination?
Asking this as in many previous threads people are suggesting to use physical scanner only and I can’t understand why.

I haven't scanned documents from mobile and got nomination but here's my advice..

If its as clear as a physical scanner.. Go for it.. BTW there are recent numerous articles stating that there is a malware in CamScanner which is why the app got kicked from Google Play Store

I'd recommend using a physical scanner.. In case you don't own one, use the one at your workplace or loan one from a friend.. or buy one.. I think a colored scanner one would cost around 1000 INR

Hi guys, I have a question regarding payslips. I have started to work in the mid of the month, so do I have to upload only the first payslip (that will be 2 weeks of my work, but for 1 calendar month), or do I have to provide the payslip for the following month as well?

Disclaimer: follow my advice at your own risk

Thanks! I’ll get important documents scanned from a vendor and supplements with CamScanner. On another note, malware is in android version but iOS version is safe.

One more question, do we have to print and sign all LOEs we write or can we submit word docs? Such as to explain proof of funds or no letter from employer stating roles and responsibilities?

I'd advise submitting the best quality possible..

I know someone who didn't sign LOE.. created a document on a PC and submitted it.. I recommend you ask others and if they have done the same then go ahead

Make sure there's no watermark of scanning app if you are using one.. That gives a bad impression

I submitted my application on Augusr 24 and my profile is still showing submitted. Is there any need to be worried? Thanks.
