Yes, I'm a citizen. Wife just did medicals and biometrics yesterday. Fingers crossed the next stage doesn't take too long!so you are a citizen? they would handle citizen sponsor differently I think and I hope you guys got it faster.
Yep! I can confirm this! My husband is French and we're living in France and were transferred to the Mississauga VO. From what I've seen on the forums (and it corresponds to what we see on the tracker as well), a lot of very straightforward applications get sent to Mississauga. Not always of course, but low risk profiles from all over the world often get sent Mississauga.I can say, at least in our case, that this isn't always the case. My wife has American and Polish citizenship (she applied with her American one but disclosed both), and we are both currently living in Austria. So theoretically, her file could have been sent to Warsaw, Vienna, Mississauga, or somewhere in the US. We got the note indicating it was sent to Mississauga last week. So I don't know what their process it, but it's definitely not just based on where the PA is from or where they are living!
Mine also. Medical passed in aug.12. Til now haven't received any updates or anything. We've been waiting for the visa office transfer notice since August 26 when the medicals were marked as passed but haven't heard or seen anything yet. I take it this is normal? Bit of a bummer to see others getting their transfer notices but we're still waiting...
You can’t call ircc until tuesday morning now. I hope that update is just a system glitch. But let’s hope that it’s just an error. But i am surprised you seeing this message after AOR.My application was received on 27 June 2019.
I got AOR1 on 23 August 2019. Next day, I linked my spousal Visa application to my online account and the status of the application was processing indicating time remaining 10 months.
Yesterday , I checked the status online it changed from "submitted" to "canceled as incomplete" and when I clicked on application it says "Your application was canceled".
Can someone help me to understand what can be the reason for this and shouldn't they check the application completeness before sending AOR1 ?
Please advise what can I do in this situation

Have you tried to login in ECas with Sponsor UCI or Receipt with Principal Applicant info? if you use those information can't find specially if sponsor was able to login but there's no application in there, mostly like your will return keep eye on your postbox. My received date is June 10 and haven’t received any AOR yet. I have called CIC 10 times but no luck. Anyone is waiting too?
Your application could be complete upon initial inspection but through processing something is deemed to be missing. This usually ends up as a simple request for further documents. I wonder if you failed to send them something they asked for. People are often reporting on this forum that they receive requests for docs AFTER the due date listed making it impossible to comply obviously. If a request for docs goes unanswered they will consider it abandoned and cancel. Go through your emails and junk emails (sponsor and PA). Otherwise you won't know the real reason until you call on Tuesday. My application was received on 27 June 2019.
