@Chee each application is different and hence the difference in treatment ..
Looks like 2018 files are moving from this weeks and last weeks updates on this forum.. So hang in there .. i know its hard - that is what i am doin too - sept '18 aor
ur replies are really encouraging n optimistic. Thanks for encouraging all of us here n Not letting us loose hopes.

Yes you can email but they will reply with geniric answers that either your application is in queue for review or it requires additional verification

I emailed once to Ralph...can we rely on the reply we get from his office? Came to know that file is in Ottawa office ....

Just got to know on immitracker that an RR case got all assessments passed and waiting for approval email.

Eligibility RR cases are getting approved faster than Eligibility Met cases. I hope someone can figure out this mystery
