Uae processing time already change 30weeks to 28 weeks.

I applied through VFS abudhabi along with my bio metric on 28th May, and i am planing to go back to India on end of September want to stay with my family, So is there any problem if i am not working with my present employer and Cancelling my Abu dhabi Visa???
Kindly help me really dont know what to do??

in my personal opinion, you`ve 2 option - 1> do your visa cancellation, and when you exit the UAE, after that inform to abu dhabi Canada consulate that you have left UAE along with your exit document. 2> WithDraw application from UAE and once you go back to India Re-apply again from there.
if you`ll read this whole thread there is lot of people are waiting from last 6months for the result processing for Work Permit in UAE is too slow.

Yes you can but you need to send them change address in the web form to inform them if you need make the medical exam or for PPR
Hi Queenprincerhod I think they have process time for WP with LMIA and process time for SWOP and what is showing in the website 30 or 27 weeks it's mean it's take 28 weeks to finalize 80% of the application before so you go back 28 weeks and you will see they finalize the application of February and the proof Alpha get already his PPR 201 days exactly 27 weeks he apply 3 February and for PPR 22 August god bless him and good luck for all of you
I think it's more than WP with LMIA because it's without employer it's open WP no employer wait you there just your husband or your wife so for them it's not Urgent
no really, even for LMIA folks they are taking long.. check with @alpha0316 took more than 27weeks, keep continues follow up.
