Yours is taking so long! I lodged- April 2018 and I just passed the screenings, the latest Security last Friday. Im for DM/ PPR. Did you try calling them? The 22 months is just the average processing time. Some got their PR on their 15th to 17th nonth.

I too have the same timeline as yours , but haven't received for medicals and RPRF yet. Can I get the CIC customer care number , I'll call them and findout my file status.

Anybody from October 2017 applicant got their DM. my timeline as below and I passed the processing time twice once in July and the next In August when they increased the processing time from 21 to 22 months:
Inland, PEQ. Egypt
Applied 4 October 2017
AOR 15 January 2018
Medical 24 April 2018
passed 5 May 2018
prearrival 24 April 2018.
5 June 2019 Medical Extended
Last GCM ALL PASSED EXCEPT SEcurity not started
anyone else had the same plz share your updates

I have almost the exact same dates and same thing last checked the security had not yet started...will be 23 months on September 4.. calling them, I always get the same response that everything is going well and will let you know once the decision is made.

So what’s the relevance if you’re ib the USA with remedicals? They can request remedical wherever you are in the world!

I am going to the US because of m work. I think that this can also impact remedical request, possibly.

I also went to a different country after Canada and I had remed. Dont worry remed is a positive sign coz you’ll have the PPR within the month after

I applied before you by 2 days.. Security havent started for me as well.. Are u alone in your application or you have dependents?
