Hi guys,
We have everything ( eligibility, criminality, security ets) pass since the end of June!! And still - nothing. All the agents say the same - the file still under the review, due date - not available... Does anyone have same waiting time after every stage is passed?
Our medicals expired on October 16...I have a bad filling, that they will " process" my file till I need to do re-medical...Some more money to spend...(((
Please, tell me, what do you think...

There are actually quite a few in similar situation waiting for just final approval and PPR. And you're correct in recent times most people have seen faster movement post medical expiry as that seems to nudge them to have a look at the file. Sadly, there is not much you or anyone can do in this situation.

Usually, that is sign of being in Review Required state. Many of us are in this category.

Did you get any re-med request at all? and are you an inland applicant or outland?

I have not received any medical request for my spouse.

I am applying from outside canada.

It's just a very helpless feeling, that, in opposite to the previous period , when you new, you have to move from step to step - now this is totally undefined situation, with no deadlines at all..

I received an email for a web query that I had raised 2 months ago about my application.

"This email is in response to an inquiry via the Call Centre requesting the status of your application.

Application is awaiting the review of an officer.

Notification will be sent in due course."

Does this mean that someone is looking at the file?

AOR Oct-5
Added spouse - April 20th
Medicals - Passed but my medicals expired - July 23rd
Background - not started
Criminality - Not started

Also, do I have to medicals for spouse proactively or do I have wait for them to ask?

When I added my spouse to my application. I did her medicals prp actively so i submitted her e-medical form at the same time i submitted other supporting/requested document.

I informed IRCC on the 7th of December 2018 and got the ADR on the 13th of December 2018. I submitted all document including her medical on the 8th of January 2019. Sadly, I have not gotten PPR yet... I'm still waiting.

How long did it take to change from NA to next stage??

So I was on the final stage (IP2) before getting married and including my spouse. After uploading the document, it changed to we are reviewing your document after like one week. Then we got biometrics request after a month or two and then we got another ADR for communication proof on the 10th pf June (whatsapp chat, call history/log, SMS, social media communication etc), uploades this on the 13th of June and up till now no further response or update.

I e-mailed Ralph Goodale over a month ago and he mentioned that my eligibility was recommended passed,criminality passed and security not started. I sent him another e-mail a month after the first one which was like last week and he said i should check back october 22(which would be one year 10months after my AOR). I ordered GCMS notes last week.

NA doesn't necessarily means that your ADR is not reviewed .
I have NA Stats ever since I uploaded my ADR and GCMS notes ordered last month confirmed that an officer has reviewed the document and passed the eligibility.

Thats a sigh of relief .
I have just emailed Rhalp's office. Now i am waiting to see what they reply.

Hello friends! I just got my GCMS notes and as you know it has 106 pages! The latest notes that are from last Dec (7 month ago!) are:

In the first page it says criminality is passed but security is not started, which is really strange because on my online profile it says the security is started (and the Call Centre agents told me it is started as well). I really hope that does not mean there gonna be another several month for background check!

Do you know if the above "Ready to finalize" is a good sign or it is a generc message? And also for the proof of fund, I provided bank statements for +6 month from the AOR date. Do you know why they might put it in the RR?

And finally, is there any certain part of the GCMS note that is more important than the other parts?

"Notes" itself is the most important part - you can see literally everything that has been done with your file.
