How to send them? Will they accept it before sending request?

Webform. I received acknowledgement email only. No change to myCIC / eCAS related to PCC.

So just to confirm, the status in myCIC and ecas will appear ONLY once IRCC has made a decision on medicals ?
There is no intermediate stage that tells you that they have "received" medicals report? other than calling IRCC agent ?
The reason I ask is that clinic tells me they have uploaded results to IRCC but I have no change in myCIC or ecas, so how do I know if clinic is telling the truth ?
myCIC and ecas both still show that IRCC requested medical exam.

yes CIC should make decision about passed or not, or they need additional tests so check My CIC for now

yes, that's not in the check list but you must provide death or divorce certificate if parent is alone
