Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Just want to know should I sent teh original PCC to New Delhi. The correspondence I received said unless specified I can sent scanned copies, however the link they provided in general visa specific instructions for New Delhi Visa specific office. Should I sent the original in the snail mail or scanned copies would be ok?.
Please let me know.

Unless specifically requested, original documents are not required. You may submit scanned copies by e-mail.
Scanned copies through email is faster..

Hello,
my application to sponsor my parents was received on May 13, AOR on Jul 11. Sponsor side Ecas moved to Decision Made on Aug 13, got bio on Aug 13 and IME on Aug 14.

Quick question - Even though ECAS shows sponsor status as DM, havent received a SA letter/email from CIC.

Any idea/comments on why this would be

Don't worry...at least your file is progressing...you will get SA email soon.

My parents are going to get the PCC soon.
The request letter specified clearly as
"send to the High Commission at the e-mail address or mailing address indicated below."
So, will send via email.

It says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Strange that they haven't requested PCC, then how are they processing background check. Lol.
