Very Strange , Either your case is bit complicated or you missed some documents.
Would suggest
Apply GCMS notes and also contact local Member of Parliament after 12 months .

Do not worry people for no reason. There is absolutely no apparent reason for the delay such as a missed document or the application would have been declined already. It is normal delay.

I am waiting for a test invite from Scarborough too. GCMS are totally normal.

May be people who were moderators got their citizenship and left so no one is updating it anymore

I attended the Oath ceremony in Scarborough today at 10 am and finally I am proudly a Canadian Citizen now. It was a wonderful journey to reach here.

There were 89 new citizens originally from 39 different countries. It took about 40-45 mins to complete the ceremony.

Congratulations! Getting a bit nervous here we did the exam at Scarborough march 9 and nothing yet beyond DM. I wonder if we will receive the oath letter by email or mail as we are moving to a new place ags 31st! I was hoping not to mess things with a change of address but i will have to report the new address by Friday max. Any suggestions anyone reading this?

Dont worry, Oath Invite is received via email just like how you received your test invite.
