How CRS score updates regarding work experience?

Hi folks,

I already made EE profile with 1 year work experience and have some questions..
before questions, here is my work history:

Mar 2017 - Nov 2017 (but applied PGWP in May) ... 6 months
Apr 2018 - current (Aug 2019) ... 17 months
total... 23 months?

Question:
1. When I become eligible for 2 years work experience in 1 or 2 months, how is the score updated? automatically? or do I have to create a new profile again?
2. Since it doesn't ask any other specific information (when I made the profile) like exact start date of work or vacations during the work period, how do they exactly know that I'm eligible for 2 years work experience (52 weeks of more than 30 hours work) ?
3. If they send me ITA before I get eligible according to my calculation, what should I do?

Any answers or ideas would be appreciated.

1. Creates new profile (if it impacts points)
2. You provide proof once invited
3. No worries, just provide updated experience. As long as it is over and above previously provided profile, it should be fine

Then, I'd like to ask question 2 again.... How do they determine that I have 2 years work experience? I put in only months that I worked.. just 24 months of working?
