A degree and a PG diploma, all in all, you'll have 7 points less than what you would get for a master's equivalency. WES is notorious for giving diploma to master's courses from India and Pakistan after a blackout in June 2018. That is the reason I opted for IQAS. If I had chosen WES, i would have the ECA but could not hope for an ITA for a long time, because I'll be at 453. When I get master's equivalency from IQAS, I'll be at 461, very likely for an ITA.
While IQAS is a lengthy process, people are going to CES as they only require the master's credentials and give master's equivalency.

Its 3 years bachelors degree and 4 years bachelors degree.. You only get points for 1 Bachelors degree here unless WES has changed the method. I had the same evaluation
If you have two bachelor's degrees (or equivalent to two), you get points for both.

@rajapanesar So is it like Bachelors is evaluated to Bachelors and Masters to 1 Year PG or bachelors itself then also in all conditions it will be two or more degrees?

For E.g.

Bcom + Mcom => Wes=> bachelors(4) years + 1 year pg (two or more degree is fine?)
Bcom + Mcom => Wes=> bachelors(4) years + bachelor (two or more degree is fine?)

Yes, it is basically the same output.
It literally says, two or more degrees, diplomas and certificates.
So any combination goes.
I'll attach a 'link' in a while.

Edit: linked. You can find what your report says after selecting comprehensive ranking system from the drop-down list. In search box, type two bachelor.

Sure will wait for that. Thanks :)
Indian Education system is 15 years bachelors(Engg being an exception) whereas US/Canada have 16 years bachelors education, hence the criteria is 3 years bachelors or 4 years bachelors. Ideally ,non-engineering grads complete 1 part of indian Masters(Mcom/Msc) to get accepted in North American universities. Commonwealth countries will accept 12+3+2 as Masters but North America will consider it as 4 years Bachelors..

I'have had my evaluation for Mcom from Mumbai University as 4 years bachelors degree and MBA as 1 year Masters. I cleared my R10 checks and Eligibility is Recommended Pass for my express entry application awaiting Security Checks for PPR.

Uno Graduation only...You may want to look at any acceptable distance PG diploma that could get you points for 2 degrees. WEShas also changed criteria for evaluating MBA degrees from Indian Institution as PG Diploma whereas same degree from a foreign University is classified as Masters.
