Hey, what do u mean when you say the backlog until 457 is cleared? I din't understand

This guy actually wants to know, and now he got my curiousity too, that how is it possible for a march cutoff, when all 450+ folks were cleared out in the latest draw before May Disaster?
Is it possible that some people submitted profiles in March and April and didn't receive ITA.

But buddy, these people were below or par but didn't break the tie of 450.
Most of these worked towards language scores or got another credentials evaluated or got a sibling to get PR in the meantime or anything else that raised their scores to 457 and above after the May Disaster of 2019. So that is how the cutoff went two months back when it should have been for May.

This guy actually wants to know, and now he got my curiousity too, that how is it possible for a march cutoff, when all 450+ folks were cleared out in the latest draw before May Disaster?
Is it possible that some people submitted profiles in March and April and didn't receive ITA.

But buddy, these people were below or par but didn't break the tie of 450.
Most of these worked towards language scores or got another credentials evaluated or got a sibling to get PR in the meantime or anything else that raised their scores to 457 and above after the May Disaster of 2019. So that is how the cutoff went two months back when it should have been for May.

Some people with 457 who submitted profiles before march or in march might have improved their scores. Their profile submission date remains same. Also, there might be some candidates who declined invitation in april draws. Therefore, there were candidates with 457 (march) in pool.

next draw should be 456 with tie break Jan again if inflow is not crazy and draw occurs on 28 again. Hope for the best
