Do I need to wait for my credentials ECA

Hi guys,

I applied under BC PNP Skills Immigration (SI) - Skilled Worker category and received my nomination letter. I am collecting the required documents to apply for PR through "Immigrate as a provincial nominee (PAPER PROCESS NOT EXPRESS ENTRY)".

I have sent my credentials for assessments to WES. But based on the checklist mentioned in below link I don't have to include ECA in my application.

Do I need to wait for my credentials assessments to send my application?

If you qualify for ITA without the degree, then you don't need the ECA.

I used my degrees when I applied through BC PNP but the checklist above does not mention to include degrees. This checklist is not specified for me, it's a general checklist for PR application through Paper Process. That's why I am confused.

Are you not applying through express entry?
