That's too bad. I had an open work permit based on my spouse's status who is a student. I just went through an application and it seems I still can apply for another work permit. It allows me to do it. I chose the expire date today. Do you see any option for me?

I don't know, it probably means Provincial Nominee Class. But I don't know why they didn't ask for a new document if it is not in the application. They just refused it without asking if I have it or not. and it wasn't part of the checklist.

Thank you @lampbreaker for your reply. I used my degrees when I applied through BC PNP but the checklist above does not mention to include degrees. This checklist is not specified for me, it's a general checklist for PR application through Paper Process. That's why I am confused.

I mentioned that, I don't have a EE profile and I don't have to create one because it's a different category, it's a paper process and ECA is not in the application checklist, but as you mentioned probably they rely on the electronic file that WES will send to CIC.
