Letter needed from bank where salary gets credited?

In my proof of funds account, I have made a small deposit(500 CAD) from my salary account. The rest is from my parents and they'e provided a notarized affidavit for the same.

To substantiate where the money(500 CAD) came from, should I submit any document from the salary account? As said before, salary acc is not the account where I am showing my funds.
