Guys, I need some help. I am a PR. I've got the PR last year and decided not to shift till now. I got married to her in may. Now, both of us are planning to move there together. What are the possible options I've?
I think I've below options:

1. Spousal Visa-this would require me to be present there in canada, which is not the case
2. She applies for PR through Express entry. (made profile with points 430, NOC 2173)- Not sure when OINP or federal cutoff reach there.
3. She applies for visitor visa now, we both make the move there and I get the job there and then apply for Spousal visa.

Needs help from experts. what should be my choice, provided we want to move asap.
1. This one seems to be a good option as Cic gives priorities to outland family sponsorship
2. Not a bad idea either since this occupation is in demand. She might get a nomination soon enough. Try getting her Express Entry profile in as soon as possible.
3. A visitor visa is a lengthy process.

Eventually you are the one who needs to decide whats quick and best for you two to be together in Canada at the earliest.

Thank you for your reply. Well my NOC is not listed in any of the states as far as my research. If someone who knows more about NOC 2111, please do guide me. And I will not be accompanying my spouse or children. So no chance for her IELTS(she is not good at english) and WES will not increase our CRS. I did check that. Any physicists out here??? Or somebody similar who can guide me with PNP or job offer?
Anyone please ??

Woah!! Finally you've nailed it pal! I'm happy for you... Many congratulations to you!! Atlast the struggle and patience has been paid with the success. ;)

Also, heartiest congratulations to Everyone, who've received the NOIs. You guys have finally beaten it ! :)
I know how you guys would be feeling! The stress factor would have been disappeared now.! Enjoy this moment to the fullest.. :p
Yes bro. Load off the chest. Feel so relieved now.

Incorrect. Correction to your post below:

If you've filled your EE profile as non-accompanying spouse, you get NOI from OINP, you can't fill the OINP application as accompanying case,

1. If your score is getting lower down than cut-off range of OINP draw
2. If you fill your OINP application as accompanying and get 600 points. Later, you try to change EE as accompanying, you'll be rejected based on misrepresentation

You can only make the spouse as accompanying if your score is not getting lower than the cut-off score of OINP. In this scenario, you can change in EE and OINP application both and it's good to go!

If I understand correctly OINP draw range unlike ITA is just for information. (in which profile were they searching for potential applicants). However if your profile still meets that stream criteria, you are good to go (for example 400 points minimum).
For one thing points on your profile might increase and decrease during application process, as long as you meet their requirements. (it is because your points there except for age and for PNP nomination purposes only; are not locked after you send you application).
So this should not be mixed with ITA and E-apr
So during the application process you can notify them of such change. (and yes this was done before successfully with OINP by several people).

You can even do such change during federal change (after EAPR), however be aware, that your points at that point will be recalculated and recheck if you still meet requirements.

That's super cool!!!!
I'm really happy for u. Since we were at the same score and would lose points the same time of the year, it was nice to see you keeping the hopes alive here.
Your posts post ITA will be missed. All the best for your future. God bless you.
I will be sticking around bro to encourage others and keep the hopes alive.

then why not now they can push ?
Because they also do t want a drop in cutoff as if now. The breaks are forced only to keep the bar high. Or else, cutoff will take a nose dive at the year end as they issue loads of ITAs.

Believe me or not, I don't think the CRS will drop below 457 this year because there are tons of NOI issued by different provinces

These people will contribute to the 600+ group evenly throughout the year

Other factors such as tons of people from USA and Hong Kong recently and the election is coming up in October (Trudeau is not looking good on SNC case and conservative is leading now ). Conservative won't cancel any immigration program but I am sure they will make the CRS higher.

I don't mind you hate me to spread the negativity and it is up to you to accept this reality or not.

Just one question for you. Just one question. You said you are sure that they ll keep the the CRS higher this year. WHAT WILL THEY ACTUALLY ATTAIN BY KEEPING THE SCORE HIGHER?

They invited 3900 people in January with 438 crs. Your words doesnt make any sense. And i dont get what you guys get by spreading negativity here by investing your time.

Yea , I will agree with you because of the corruption allegations levelled against trudeau but my querry is this..even in 2015 when the conservative party ruled, the CRS score at a point was 453, some 460s etc so how high wil they make it as speculated by you?

There will be another Draw on Monday.

A back to back draw will happen before this year ends.

It doesn't make sense for CIC to artificially increase the score like many claim. Especially if they've decided to increase ITA's from 3300 to 3600. What exactly do they gain from "increasing the score"? Looks like there's just people with higher scores in the pool, unfortunately for many of us, but it is what it is.

I choose to remain hopeful.

You are right for this, "there's just people with higher scores in the pool, unfortunately for many of us"

A back to back draw only benefits the short term, it may drop the score from 466 to 460 in one draw, but then CIC will leave a 3 weeks gap to make much bigger damage.

If there is any 3 weeks gap again now, we will see the CRS jump to 475+ which nobody wanna see
OINP has issued nomination for people with CRS 465, which make me believe that the next draw will be 466+ otherwise people will ignore OINP. Does this follow ?

1. This one seems to be a good option as Cic gives priorities to outland family sponsorship --> As per my knowledge i won't be able to apply this as I am still in India, and she is also in india. I am not sure if i'd be able to apply Family Sponsorship as of now.
2. Not a bad idea either since this occupation is in demand. She might get a nomination soon enough. Try getting her Express Entry profile in as soon as possible.-- EE profile is already there, waiting for OINP or federal to bring down the score.
3. A visitor visa is a lengthy process. --> Thats true.

Those people will be ones whose scores were not going below than the cut-off score conducted by OINP. If your score gets lower than cut-off range due to adding spouse, your file will be in trouble my friend.

I’m not sure you read my post well. I didn’t say change to accompanying spouse before OINP approval.

You can change to accompanying spouse after getting OINP nomination (after the 600 points must have been added to your scor) whether before ITA or after AOR as long as you have declared that you are married. There’s no way the score will go below the cut off if spouse is added to the application and it won’t be considered as misrepresentation.
