Those worrying about PNPs. These were a part of 2018 too. The number allotted to OINP is only marginally higher this year, so it won't make any lasting impact.
Also, check the last year's data. You ll see that the middle months have always been troublesome. ITAs are supposed to be raised to 3900 by the first draw of September. And it's not necessary then that program specific draw happen with a 3 week gap. Last year it happened back to back (with no further skip for regular draws).
Also, the final quarters is usually the most bountiful.
So, just lay your worries to rest for this while and wait for November at least.
