Ways of Entry into Canada on first time landing with PR

I want to know if it’s possible to do border immigration at Vancouver in a public bus/train?

I think that you can as long as the bus/train accepts you. But I highly do not recommend you to do that. Though processing PR landing is kinda of simple, you may need to wait for a long time at the border for that. The bus/train may or may not wait for you.
