can someone tell me if Security Initiated and then In Process meaning a security screening ? its been 1 months already

Dont worry too much man. My security started in mid May and still processing too. Same simple background. I know at least 2 friends in the same situation, waiting for security for more than 2 and half month. We all have so called “simple” backgrounds, and i really dont believe we were all selected for SS unless they screening all applicant. The election is coming this year, and it makes sense for them to prioritize citizenship applicants. In other words, out security result may have already been generated but the officer may be busy with other things and have no time to review. Try not to compare your cases with others, it all depends on the Visa Office, the officer, and the way and the approach how they prioritize all kinds of applications.

I had same thoughts like yours at the very beginning. but my friends in same office and completed MR and ADR at same time as me, got their PPR and landing interview just within 1 week... but I did not... thats why makes me feel worried.
Yes, but I will still order CBSA notes to get know more details, so I can plan my schedule for upcoming 1 year. its been processed for more than 18 months now. they may just began the SS process... which means another 1 year or so. OMG this one drives me crazy... I

SS is out of control of IRCC, they will tell you nothing about SS...

Yes, I ordered CBSA notes and this is clearly stated in the security section. Unfortunately, besides there is comprehensive security screening, it appeared my wife and I both put under it. 2,5 months already passed: her status is in progress and mine - blank.

In my case they put us under CSS at once I passed the eligibility and criminality. I know this is just the beginning. It usually takes from 6 to "who knows how many" months for a single person. Mine is for 2 so...
37 days, just a week longer than GCMS notes.
Don't now how med extension is indicated, in general, this means your old med exam expired and they didn't finish all security checkings. There should be a new request after completion.
