why are you applying under CEC if your wife is already PR?? why not spousal sponsorship?

It will take a year. I wanted to reply on mine credits rather than spouse sponsorship.

FYI folks, my file has moved from Sydney office to Vancouver.. this Is the fourth time my file has moved.. hoping good news soon maybe!

Hopefully this person will grow a pair and pass the application.

Got my GCMS notes and my medical status says Passed - Expired.

A note on 25th June says: Medicals reassessment required - One or more of the medicals have expired or will expire is less than 90 days.

But my status on the CIC website says medicals passed on 12th July.

Any thoughts on this? They have not asked me for a re assessment yet. I am thinking of volunteering and getting one anyway.

i got a call from MP office today that my file has been transferred to vancover office.. lets see what they gonna do with my file. hoping for good news.

Yes everything is passed since mid June.. Since then I am waiting for a decision regarding my medical as it is expired...
