Do they ask you to redo a medical test since it had passed the one year valid period? What's up anything on your side? I got my COPR today.

how long did your background check take? Mine has been taking 9 months and is still in verification.I just got a request for fingerprints+RCMP criminal check. Probably because my old one has expired by now.
My medicals also changed to 'Passed on 12 July 2019', which is well beyond 12 months from when I had submitted them.
Looks like some progress is finally being made on my file.
It has taken over 13 months at this point.how long did your background check take? Mine has been taking 9 months and is still in verification.
Did they contact you by email for the fingerprint and RCMP check? It has taken over 13 months at this point.
So you have done RCMP fingerprint once and doing it again? This is ridiculous and waste of time and money!I just got a request for fingerprints+RCMP criminal check. Probably because my old one has expired by now.

By email. I think they contact pretty much everyone by email.Did they contact you by email for the fingerprint and RCMP check?
Yeah, Fingerprints again. They just put the file off for as long as they want and then ask you to re-submit documents because they expired. Wish I could laugh it off as a joke.So you have done RCMP fingerprint once and doing it again? This is ridiculous and waste of time and money!
During this one year were you able to contact them?? If yes what was their response? Processing time is 6 months, this is insane plus repeating amd repaying for rcmp etc.I just got a request for fingerprints+RCMP criminal check. Probably because my old one has expired by now.

Yes, I did contact them a couple of time via email and phone call. They had the same computer generated generic answer. No extra information as to why my application is taking longer.During this one year were you able to contact them?? If yes what was their response?
