When we submitted the PGP application, the status of principal sponsor is permanent resident. Now she is canadian citizen. Do we need to contact CIC about this? Thanks

I had a similar case and I called CIC , they said not required as this status change does not have impact on the application and they will know it anyway.
However, if you want to let them know you can submit a web form , I did not do so .

Try different browser. Their website behaves like that sometimes. You can also try clearing the cache.
