Has anyone applied for study permit extension around June 10? What's the status, have you received your permit? I just got a information letter saying my file has been transferred to ETOBICOKE office? What could be the reason?

No, I applied alone

People who applied on June 19,20,21 and 27 already got theirs.
Usually if your file is transferred to a local office, means it needs additional review.

Call the Call Center 1-888-242-2100 and inquire, to be specific as about "Eligibility Review" and whether it's passed or not.

finally my application is approved.

Applied - May 15th
Approved - August 26th

No status updates received in between above two dates which was quiet frustrating.
