Hi there I want to know that i just applied for visa extension of study through paper application....and my study will be completed next month and after that i only have 90 days to apply for work permit PGWP.....but paper application processing time is 110 days...i read that i should have valid...

What about if i appeal to reopen my case ..because i was not really guilty i was guided wrongly by my lawyer to plea gulity in order to get rid of case..but seriously i was not...can reopening my case help?
