Hi Guys,
So my question is that I have applied for study permit from Pakistan and for my program it mentions that:
This program has an unpaid work requirement (field or work placement). You are required to apply for
a Co-op Work Permit along with your Study Permit. The Co-op Work Permit is issued for all paid and
unpaid work experiences related to an academic program
Where as when I applied, I did mention in my statement of purpose that I have a work placement and also my offer letter states that, but other than that, I did not fill out a separate form or anything like that where I could've mentioned my open work permit for COOP.
Regardless, would it be possible for someone to apply for coop work permit after they have landed in Canada or would the border agent want the work permit along with it or was it mandatory to apply along with your study permit application. Because I am sure that coop work term won't start in the first semester.
Advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
