Application Cancelled due to PCC

Hi Experts,

Could you please help me to get out of the situation as i got my application cancelled or rejected with reason which they have given as i had uploaded PCC is not acceptable whereas i had taken PCC from passport office.

I am from Delhi (India) and please help me what i can do to ensure them that i had uploaded original PCC.

I had checked from the website and even they had given link in cancellation letter. However, I am from New Delhi and I am confused should I get from Delhi Police or Passport Office of India government.
Please help me here to get the completed clarity as so many people have their different views.

For residents of Delhi: You can apply at your local district police station or online on the Delhi Police website. The website will list what information and documents you need. If you apply online, your certificate will be returned to you electronically.

If you got it from psk it should be valid. Open a cse and ask them to reconsider your case. If it's their mistake they will reopen.

Can you please advise under which category or option CSE has to be opened?

we are having similar kind of issue where application got rejected as PCC is not covering entire time frame. We need to put an appeal for reopen with new PCC.
