Update my CRS from 445 to 458 ..got IELTS results today. Few queries:

1. Will it be picked up in 7th august draw smoothly or it will be a tie breaker at 458 ??..as I created a new profile today.

2. I had another profile created on 25th May but I had to withdraw it today since I could not revert back to spouse unaccompanying in the profile (i had 445 with spouse and 454 w/o spouse).

3. In education and work history , I selected NO for my spouse since she does not have the WES report and job responsibility letters even though she is B.Tech with 10 years of experience. If ITA, then I can mention in the personal details section. Tell me if I am fine with this.
Most likely U will be effected by tie breaker n regarding wife education n work history. . Y u wanna hide something.. ..just add education in right place n NO eca option for eca. ...
My personal opinion never hide anything. ..

I remember there was a discussion few weeks back regarding NOC for ETL folks. One of my friend is ETL and SQL developer, what would be the NOC code for that. Confusion between 2172 & 2173. Thanks!

Can somebody please suggest:
I worked as a dentist in India under NOC 3113 for 1 year 5 months. After that I went to Australia and started preparing for dental exams, so I did not work for 1 year. Then, I worked as a dental assistant NOC 3411 for 10 months. Last year, I came back to India, and have been working as a dentist again NOC 3113.

So, my work experience is
NOC 3113 : 1 year 5 months
NOC 3411: 10 months
NOC 3113 again: 1 year 3 months and continuing..

Can I claim 3 years for work experience after 4 months for NOC 3113, or it would be counted only as per my current job? In express entry profile, I did not get points for 3 years, which means my total experience was not counted.

Even though Ontario has sent out 3.5K plus NOI's in the last 1 month or so, I am wondering if ontario will burst the cap of 6 to 7k total quota for OINP nominations for the human capital stream this year? Last year around 6k people got OINP nominations in total if I am not wrong.. This year the expectation was around 7K,
If ontario gives out a total of 7K nominations only as per the decided quota irrespective of the timings the impact on CRS should be minimal . give or take 2 months or 3 months of uneven score and nomination patterns ..

If at all they do not follow any annual quota targets for OINP because of this tech draws only then CRS scores are going to be in trouble !!

If you think you are beaten, you are
If you think you dare not, you don't,

If you like to win, but you think you can't
It is almost certain you won't.

If you think you'll lose, you're lost
For out of the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow's will
It's all in the state of mind.

If you think you are outclassed, you are
You've got to think high to rise,
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.

Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or late the man who wins
Is the man WHO THINKS HE CAN.

I request for help and advice from those with similar situation as mine. My profile has been updated with increased CRS score (459) for 3 years work experience, whereas my actual work experience is 2 years 10.5 months. If I get an ITA in the next draw, should I decline it and wait till completing of 3 years of work experience, or should I accept it but submit my application after completing 3 years of work experience???? Only fear concerning me is the unpredictable fluctuations in CRS score with next FST draw expected in the month of September/October.

In my opinion, accept the ita and submit application after completing 3 years

Submit the application only when you complete three years hence calculate accordingly

Although my score is 459 now, my actual score should have been 434, but if i follow your advice and submit after 3 years, then at time of submission my score would be 459. So, are you sure that I do not risk rejection or refusal in my case?

Guys...help me on this....I created a new profile yesterday with CRS 458.....considering the backlog I don't think I can make it in the next draw tie breaker.....and I will be losing points for my age on september 1st. Should I change my profile to spouse unaccompanying to get the CRS ar 468 and then change it later in post ITA !....if the CIC officer recalculate, then also I will be at 458 if it drops in next draw (hope they won't consider the tie breaker)...your thoughts plz. I have a baby as well and all three of us are in Canada right now.

I made a mess. I had a profile created on 25th May with spouse accompanying. I changed that to spouse unaccompanying last month in hope of getting an ITA. But after getting my latest IELTS result yesterday I tried to update the profile with spouse accompanying but it did not allow me to do that. I could modify from accompanying to unaccompanying last month but the reverse was not allowed yesterday. I
Was not aware of it.

So plz help me with your inputs should I go ahead as mentioned in the first para. I am really tensed now and angry with my own blunder as well.

1. Do nothing now
2. Just wait for 21 Aug draw, you should be through in that draw
3. If not, then can change to non accompanying after ur birthday
4. Once ita is received, u should not change to accompanying later on, that will be wrong
