No updates after that.

Medical request- 18 July 2019
When I got medical request I talked to immigration officer next day as I mentioned him I already submitted upfront medical in January 2019 he says you don’t need it and going to update immediately to other officer
Because my medical is still valid
I still submitted my same medical to the CIC which is valid
Just wondering would it be alright with upfront medical?

Recently they called me to inform that ill get update soon since my visa office is in london and they have no access at the moment they even mention that when medical is passed and receive a pre arrival letter the better cause the officer is processing it.

Medical Request 9th May 2019
Medical Submitted 29th May 2019
RPRF request 29th July 2019
Pre-Arrival Letter 30th July

I added my spouse as dependent, 4 days prior to pre arrival letter, so i dont know how much time they gonna take now to complete the process.
