i got cancelled as incomplete today, this is second time ( . This time with reason is


Specifically, your application does not include the following elements:
- Police Certificate:
o The Police certificate was issued prior to your last residence in that country. The Police certificate was issued on 2018/04/03. Your last residence in this country was 2018/04/26.


Please note: For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant stayed in that country for 6 months or more in a row

Why did they decide to cancel even i only stayed for 20 days after issued date for my police check ? Should it be more than 6 months ?

It is extremely frustrated, i am doing renewal the police check, but they can ask for it why did they cancel my application again ??!!!!!

Its simple. You may have criminal record in those 20 days !!!

Also their cancellation policy seems random. Some lucky applicants will be asked to submit a renewed one while for some people it will be cancelled right away.

The instruction is simple and clear. The police certificate must be issued after your last visit to the country. You failed to submit a proper document and IRCC is under no obligation to ask for a new one. You can only blame yourself for the cancellation.
