No - bad idea. Puts you at risk of cessation and having your PR status revoked.

Definitely avoid doing this. You do not want to be stepping foot in your COP - even if just transitting.
as long as they don't stamp your passport, and CBSA doesn't know that you transit through there, if they check the ticket when you're leaving and see the country of transit your in for a good time haha
I completely disagree. Passport stamps are irrelevant. IRCC has access to airline manifests and know more about where you've been than you would guess (I saw this first hand with what they knew about my husband's travel).
Why on earth risk your PR status?
Agree with @scylla . The days of paper stamps are long behind us. Everything is tracked electronically now. I have a Nexus card and at my interview the officer had details of all my travel, including travel within the Schengen zone, even though once you enter the EU you don't have to show your passport to take flights.
My flight information was nevertheless linked to my name/ID in some fashion and she could see that I flew from Zurich to Oslo and asked me about it.
