Hi everyone ,
Sorry to post this here however need help in understanding the post PPR process..please advise..

Got my PPR on 24th July, submitted passport to vfs office Bangalore ,India on 25th July.
1)My medicals is expiring in Oct 22nd. If copr validity is later than medical expiry, should we land before medical expiry?
2) how long do u think they will give time to do the hard landing? Understand it's until medical expires but it's expiring in oct and is too soon to relocate, will they give some more time?

Any inputs will be much appreciated.

in most cases, COPR validity is similar to Medical expiry, you need to land by then.

Guys, anybody tried to call the CIC today?
I tried many times and every time the call dropped after being transfered to CIC from the main menu!!!!

We are all in the same situation .. Aor 2018 .. under RR for Eligibility and the file has not been worked on for months even after providing the docs to support RR..
Usually assigned to CB01126 Sydney nova scotia - and response from IRCC from cse emails and calls - "In Queue for review by officer"..

They are slowly clearing the pending files and backlogs..over the last couple of days or week - i came across a lot of files on rr with aor from may2018-nov2018 getting PPR which is good for all of us waiting .. shows that they are clearing files in a slow pace.

All we can do right now is raise cse and remind them we are in queue - call them biweekly and ask them to send reminder once a month - waiting is the option

Hopefully we all should clear in the next couple of weeks - in two months time - fingers crossed

i called CIC yesterday...a sweet lady picked up..she told me eligibility met,background checking is going on,security and criminality not started yet...told me be patient....should i take that as a good sign??

medical expiry date is the Visa Validity date.

That's the same thing said to me when I called on June 17. I am Nov 22 aor and it's been 250 days. My GCMS notes looks fine. I just don't know when they are going to pick up my file for completion. Again, all we can do is wait and hope we get our RFV mail soon... I'm quite anxious but trying to be positive...
