I am sorry to say but it was not TRUE that is I’m sure about as I was confuse about False and Not given because answers were not in chronological order in passage and having spent good 10 mins on that question one thing I know that it was anything but TRUE.

It was TRUE
Because owner of the property is responsible for billing whether he rent his property , he should have to inform

it was false. As in question it was said. That occupant of that building is responsible for bill payment. So this is false. As property owner is responsible

Its a- staff reaction. They dont feel right to drink recycled water. But as per people talking. Recycled water is not hazardous

So answer is A
