Nov. 15, 2018 its 4 months already since i recieved my pre arrival and i havent heard anything. My VO is in Manila. Should i worry about it?

May I know how many months from pre arrival before you received PPR?
I received pre arrival on June 19 2019. Haven’t heard anything since then.

That information is right on the letter for the passport request. I think it may vary, for me I will pick up my passport at the VAC.
