yes...used to be 4 to 6 weeks for ECAS to show up then became 6 to 8 weeks now it is 8 to 10 weeks

You can link to Sponsors account, Technically you can link to any CIC account if you have correct details

too. i am a quebec resident and they do not need to review my income at federal.
do not understand ，why？ were you sponsored under spouse sponsorship before？

No. I immigrated under Canadian Experience class.

I have a feeling that the first batch that submitted will have their PPR soon, then their parents will be here already before CIC opens all application package of batch May 16 onwards. It seems like they won't move forward until first batch is completely done. The application received, aor, SA, bio, medical only stays in that group's circle. Just my observation, I may be wrong.

why are some folks getting biometrics request and others are not getting biometrics requests?
is it because of the previously provided biometrics is still valid (visitor or super visa)?

Some people from early June called the call center and agents advised their file will be reviewed in August. We will definitely see what is the case next week.

Hi everyone. I got the AOR/File # on July 11th and ECAS shows in process for sponsor and applicant and it also says "We sent you correspondence on July 16, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible". However I have not got any email for document request. I cannot link the application to my CIC account. I tried with file number and last name, file number and UCI number and then passport info or city/country of birth and I put 2 for number of people in the application (my mom and dad) but it says "Based on the information you entered, we found no applications.". Can someone please help me with linking the application to myCIC?
