You can do a webform inquiry by using your old UCI and Application number. Usually the status in GCkey or ECAS would not change until you receive a request from the visa office asking for updated forms and new PCC. People usually get updated form request 2-3 months after their appeal is allowed.

as your advice i send webform inquiry today will see what reply is coming from cic ?

May be they are processing your “Security Check”and there is no time limit for its completion,can take up to 3 ,6 or even 24 months.

But my gckey says background check are not started yet
While MP says your file transfer to London for processing while London visa office says it’s in Ottawa I call to Ottawa they says it’s in primary office London so I was confused what’s going on while mp also says the same

Yes but she must go live with you in your country for a couple if years , then reapply.

For how many years? Like two years is strong proof?
We had our Full Hiring. They never give us any decision on the spot. Even we send them 5 Appeal books. Like a tons of proof. Pictures, communication, tickets and boarding passes, letter from family and friends, parent letter to support our marriage, 3rd Anniversary Party we did it and we send like 300 pages of picture, gift and financial support, Insurance where my wife add me beneficiary, share property.
Kindly advice me.
