Mine was sent same date as yours june24 never gott an email/maill i called last week they say they will resend again Still waiting that email/mail i been sitting around just waiting for that email since jun24 but yesterday i fly back to work which is out of town where i can only fly back to home after 3weeks I’m not gonna miss my job for this email thing, imagine missing ur job 3weeks for this

Same here! I’ve called them and they said they’re gonna resend it.
A member here mentioned that they wrote the same thing on his ecas on that same date and got his test invitation today! he never got the fp email, I don’t know what’s wrong with them!

Try searching your inbox with the following (that's from where I received the email.)

It was mentioned in the letter :
Bring the following information with you to get your fingerprints taken:
· This letter, so that your citizenship file number and the address of the citizenship office requesting your fingerprints are noted on the fingerprint form;
· Your Permanent Resident Card (if you have ever received one);
· Your proof of permanent resident status - Record of Landing (IMM1000) or Confirmation of Permanent residence (IMM5292 or IMM5688);
· At least two (2) pieces of valid identification, one of which contains your photo and signature;3
· The appropriate fees.

I’ve searched my email many times and checked the junk and there’s absolutely nothing!
2 other members had the same problem for emails that were sent on that day and one of them actually never got it and got his test invitation email today! I hope it will be the same for me

So I called them... They said they will resend the FP Request via e-mail... I never received the original. I hope I receive soon, so I can turn it around.

It’s today’s date and they wrote “ Attached is your new Inital Fingerprints request that you must comply to within 30 days in order to proceed with your Canadian Citizenship Application. ”
