WES Timeline/Tracking 2019

2 weeks ago i called them from my cell and they picked up within 10 mins. Google hangouts is taking

First i got the generic response but then after they saw a change in my voice tone they knew i was pissed. She said she will send my WES no to their department to escalate my process and i should see the update today only. Also i asked her if the 35 day period starts after the documents are accepted or once the documents are received? she told me once the documents are received.

I spoke with them last night using Google Hangouts (thanks @Dheana90 for the tip). The rep said something along the lines of "I should expect an update by EOD 16th" (which is today). The response was very friendly and hardly generic, she said I could call again if I don't see any update by the end of day and follow up, and mention that I was told to expect an update by her.

My current timeline is:

That's great to hear.

WES has some great customer representative but some are rude. My husband spoke with the rude one once. Thankfully my hubby was really patient.

My last update was on friday after I called them up. Below is the update..

I'm not gonna call them again until next month. Atleast I have estimation of completion date now.

It's the inconsistency that makes you wonder what's going on. I have a similar timeline to yours but I only got 2 updates whereas you got 3. Like... why?

Here's mine:

It depends how your degree and manuscripts were send to the WES from your university. If you have two degrees of bachelor's and Master's or for that matter there degrees including doctorate, you need to know how they have send it. Separately for all the degrees?........ And if they are, you will have updates as per the envelopes received by them.

Now if manuscripts were send separately and degrees copies separately as well, you will have two updates provided it's bachelor's only. Four updates for bachelor's and Master's and so on for doctorate.

Knowing this, I ensured to send my bachelor's and masters manuscripts and the degree copies together in one envelope and that's why i

Well it doesn't make sense then for two updates. Mine was like, one for documents received and one for second verification.

Is your second verification done? If it's not, second update is for two documents then.
