I, have resided in Canada for XXX years, and as the Senior Sister, of xxx, it is my sincere wish that my brother be permitted to visit me & my mother here so he, can see my home, become acquainted with my friends/Kids and Tour this beautiful country. My Brother is getting married to the Love of his Life in Home country on 8th November 2019 and our Elderly Mother will not be able to attend the wedding as she is not allowed to leave Canada due to H & C application filed on her behalf so it is important for my Brother to see my Mother to receive her blessings while he embarks on this beautiful journey called Marriage without her presence.
My Brother will be lodged at xxx Hotel & Suites during the course of his visit and He is financially dependent and will solely cover all expenses related to food, accommodation, Tour reservation, shopping and travel, including return airfare for this visit (Return ticket attached to application).

My Brother is a Real Estate/Property Developer in Home Country where he scouts for under developed properties for renovation, development and re-leasing to new tenants. I have attached some property agreements signed and stamped by him, Lessors (Property owners) & Federal court of Home country confirming business partnership and Rent yearly income valued at $20,000CAD/year for a period of 12 – 25years. He also is the owner and Managing Director of xxxx where he specializes in world class sales of Brand new and Foreign used Cars in Home country(Business Registration attached). He currently has an ongoing property development in Home country and re-construction of property will be concluded by December 2019 so he has to be back promptly in order to continue overseeing of my property development project.
He currently maintains an average balance of approx. $12,500 CAD (4 months Bank statement attached). He is the sole provider and Care taker of our Elderly Father who resides with him and He is also engaged to be married on 8th November 2019 in Home country. His Fiancée lives and works in one of African’s Leading Oil & Gas companies in Home country. Over the years, my Brother has travelled to Johannes Burg South Africa, Cape Town South Africa, Abudhabi UAE, Dubai UAE & Quidah Benin Republic for Tourism purposes.
It will be a great joy to see reunite with my brother after not seeing each other for over 4 years and most importantly for him to see our elderly mother receive her blessings for his upcoming marriage ceremony in Home Country. My brother leads a very content & comfortable life in Home country. He is financially well-established and gets all necessary support & love from our Elderly Father and his Fiancée. He has no intentions to overstay during his trip to Canada.
