Just got an OINP interest mail. The only stream that I can qualify under seems to be Human Stream but I quit my last job in Nov 2014. Is there any point in applying (cause of that last 5 years clause)?

Hello All,

for getting NOI in OINP tech draw the applicant should be a primary or secondary can also get it ?

In our case my NOC is 2172 but I am secondary applicant, Our profile was selected in regular EE draw of Jan 23rd with CRS 454 whereas cutoff was 437 only, since then we are waiting for Stamping request (almost 5 months over).

My CRS score is 459. My NOC is 2147. I don't understand why I didn't get Ontario PNP invitation (NOA). Can anyone tell me what is the reason for this?

Hi member - I have received OINP on July 12 draw. I want to pursue OINP. However I am a little confused, I have 2 year of experience in NOC-2174 which I started working after a gap of 4.8 years due to maternity and US visa issue. Before that, I was working as a Lecturer in electronic (NOC 4011). I have completed my master in 2010 in Electronic and communication.
My question is do you see any issue in OINP approval if there are so many gaps and have unrelated NOCs?. Do approval depend on the individual profile/experience.
I am meeting all the requirement as per the OINP website. I understand, no one has a direct answer for this but I want to get your viewpoint

Hello, my friend received Ontario invite. he created EE profile without spouse. With spouse his score is less than cutoff. Can he update his profile? Or after he gets 600 points can he add his spouse then?

Please guide. How can he add his spouse. At what stage?

i have taken maternity leave or 7 months in my job. The employer letter i have taken from my employer doesn.t mention that. Should i take another letter which mentions my extended leave? or is it okay if i do not show the leave? anyhow i was still employed by the company. please advise. Also out of it 4 months was paid. The rest unpaid. How should i show it?
