Do you guys get mail from the college frequently regarding orientation and the arrival services ???

I didn't get any mail from the college since the day after receiving my LOA...When I askd my agent about this..they said that its not an issue usually students don't get the mail from the college...
So is that okay.??

I applied through an agent on June 3rd, then college asked some more details regarding my certificate details on 3rd of July and there after, still I haven't received any mails.???
Anyone have any idea? ?
