Sponsor married daughter who is 18+ and has a kid

I am writing on behalf of my aunt. She is a Canadian citizen. She has a daughter from her 1st husband who is in India. Her daughter is 18+ and married and has a kid. Is there any way my aunt can sponsor her along with her spouse and kid to come and settle permanently in Canada?

No - she cannot sponsor her for PR. If the daughter wishes to immigrate to Canada, she will have to qualify on her own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.
