Invitation Received Date : 26 April 2019
Application delivered to the mailroom (Ottawa) : 21 May 2019

So far, still nothing shows up in ECAS

we have ecas available for upto 13th May. Some have also received it for 15 and 17th May. I suggest you wait another week or so to check ecas
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

Even if you got your PR / Citizenship many years ago, you will still have the landing record document. There is a client number for you so you can try that.
If you absolutely fail to remember your UCI number then wait for May 17th updates to show in tracker and then call IRCC to confirm your file number.
Once you have file number, you should be able to link to myCIC then

ohhhhhhh, wait, that number is the UCI? the same one on my citizenship certificate?
