Not really. You can create your online account now. However, to link your Sponsorship Application to your online account, you need to receive the Acknowledgment of Receipt from IRCC/CIC

Hello,
My sponsorship application is 50days today. It was received on the 21st of May in CPC Sydney. Up till now there is no Acknowledgment of Receipt or any response from CPC :(
Is this normal?

pretty normal these days. Average time is around 60 days nowadays for AOR.
