Sponsor(1) + CoSigner if you have one(1) + Kids(0) (irrespective of number of kids) + Principal Applicant (1)+ Dependents

Just curious, why Kids = 0. As per my understanding, if they are under 22, they will be considered as dependents. Am I missing something ?

For the most part you can safely assume that application is not missing any signs, data etc, so in that sense its complete. We have cases here who submitted early in May and did not receive ecas or myCIC because their docs were not complete, so you have crossed the first hurdle.
IRCC can always request additional information.

Not sure. One of the IRCC agents told a person on this board that applications are NOT processed in FIFO order so that's depressing.

That's right nothing. Called CIC they said to wait two weeks back.Frustrating
