My landing interview letter says that I'll be asked what date I first came to Canada. Do they want to know the first time ever entering Canada or when I first started living here? My first time ever was sometime back in the late 90's and I have no idea exactly when as I can't find my old passport. Do they need the exact date?

I have a similar question. I believe my old passport has my original entry date, but my new passport definitely doesn't have my most recent entry into Canada (CBSA didn't stamp passport at the airport). What can I do to substantiate most recent entry into Canada? I don't have my airline tickets, but I can print off my flight itineraries from the website I booked the flights on. Not sure if that would work as proof...
I received my landing appointment letter Thursday, a day short of 6 weeks from getting the landing letter. The appointment is for 18 July at 4:30 PM

Your first ever accordng to the officer doing the landing, because they count the time from that date for your pension (not sure about this, but this is what she said).
You just need to know approximate date. In my case, she just asked if that date was correct, it was already on the CoPR. I guess you don't want them to mess up the year because you might get less pension. Other than that, it doesn't seem to matter.
Hey Guys...I did my landing on July 3 and got my COPR within 15 min of my scheduled time....Wanted to thank you all for all the information and sharing of updates because it really helped me to reduce my stress level and helped me control my nerves.

Do landing letters come by email or post or on GCKey? And do people get actual DM letters, or just DM on ecas and then a landing letter some weeks later? Really wishing for an update but feeling pretty resigned haha
I think you get an email for landing interview i didn't get a separate DM letter just got for AIP and SA only
