Congrats to those who received biometrics request!
Does any of you have their parents here with them? and what is your plan for biometrics as it cannot be done in Canada?
Hi, Could you please link the source of information where it says bio-metrics can't be done in Canada?

I see following and it looks like we can do it on Point Of Entry like border. We can do flag-pole and do the finger print there. Am I missing something?

The biometric request letter that I received yesterday clearly says that:

Note: If you received this letter you must give your biometrics before coming to Canada and are not eligible to have your fingerprints and photograph taken at a Canadian port of entry. If you are already in Canada, you will have to leave the country to provide your biometrics.

That's just a waste of time, energy and a lot of money! My understanding was that if my parents are here in Canada they would not require to do biometrics. Now we are gonna have to go to another country to do that. (US is not an option for us because of the travel ban against my home country)

Any suggestion on where the closest and cheapest VAC is?
