Thanks for the reply. Is it possible that security check is completed before eligibility? I thought security check is the final stage of processing.
Spoke to a agent today. She said background check is completed and that is what triggered ghost update.

I do not see for what reason is the review required in the last 2 pages of the GCMS notes. However, I do see this on the 3rd page of the GCMS notes -

On my Indian passport there is no Last Name, so I checked with an IRCC agent before filling the application and I was advised to enter all the given name in the last name field and leave the first name field blank since the last name is a mandatory field but the first name can be left blank(They also told me that this is the general procedure they follow). Any idea if this is what the review would be for ? Attaching screenshot from my notes(bottom links). Do you see anything alarming ?

Huh, yeah, I don't see anything either about why it is marked as Review Required. I suspect that there is nothing for you to worry about, just having to deal with that unfortunate remark that is likely not required as everything else in your file looks ok per the notes you posted

Here is my timeline:
- AOR: March 26, 2018
- Medical passed two weeks after AOR.
- Eligibility went under RR because I forgot to upload my diploma. VO left the comment on my file on April 10 2018 and my points got deducted for Canadian education. Nothing was communicated to me during the time.
- Criminality passed on Aug 10 2018.
Ordered my first GCMS notes in Oct 2018 and found out about my diploma and my RR situation. (I was so angry when I found out because they never asked me for it and all the agent I spoke to over the phone told me my file was fine and nothing was missing...lies)
Uploaded the missing documents right after.
- Nothing happened for 8 months until I got a ghost update around early June saying my eligibility and security passed, only thing pending was expired medical. They told me they were waiting to see if it would be extended.
- Ghost update on Jul 4 2019 saying medical passed (extended)
- Jul 8 2019 Golden Email!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations. Good to see movement here even with 16 months... Good to us to have an average time frame about what may happen with our applications as well. I am Dec.18 Applicant so probably would have the final decision around April 2020. Let's see what happens next.
I am new to this discussion. My file is stuck at Sydney, NS with the famous CB01126. I am RR for missing duties. After receipt of GCMS I uploaded job duties in February and March this year. My AOR is June 11, 2018 and it has already been 13 months since AOR. I am a BCPNP Inland applicant.
