the thing is after you get PR card you have rights to move to other province but if IRCC or CBSA at the time of COPR validation or landing to canada came to know about your intention to move out of the designated province they have the power to cancel your PR. I know a guy who landed in quebec but his destination was new brunswick. Somehow his destination city in NB was near to quebec airport than NB airport. CBSA allowed him entry to canada but did not validated his COPR. CBSA told him to again go through a short interview in IRCC office in NB. Where they checked his connections to NB,job contract, employer recommendation letter, next settlement plan to start life in NB and several other docs. Then COPR was validated and PR card applied. In GCMS notes it was written that their are chances of misrepresentation as the applicant has no settlement plan to stay in NB. If his misrepresentation had been proved by CBSA the applicants PR file has to canceled along with 5 year ban.
Do whatever you want after PR card but before that don’t risk ‘misrepresentation’
